One World Beef was founded in June of 2013 with a philosophy that has held true throughout the company’s rapid growth: transparency is key. As a successful managing partner of Brandt Beef with global connections accumulated over the course of 25 years in the cattle business, Eric Brandt saw an opportunity to develop a company that would ultimately connect international clientele to premium beef producers deeply rooted in American soil.
As a producer himself, Eric was often frustrated by the lack of information distributors disclosed about how much each item was actually purchased for and where his products were ultimately being sold. Taking matters into his own hands, he developed One World Beef with a system in place that lets each producer the company partners with, track the journey of their product from start to finish. By maximizing efficiency, operating with large volumes and minimizing unnecessary costs, One World Beef aims to put money back in the producer’s pocket and create lasting business relationships.
From the start, One World Beef has acted as the exclusive agent exporting Brandt Beef products to the finest restaurants, chefs and distributors located in international destinations throughout the world. In contrast, the import of Kagoshima Beef introduces American beef connoisseurs to Genuine Japanese Wagyu from the purest stock bred in Southern Japan. One World Beef represents only the finest brands in the industry, guaranteeing the superiority of each cut with written certification following the satisfaction of several quality assurance standards.
