Salton Sea Bird Festival

See the Salton Sea through the eyes of bird watchers at the Salton Sea Bird Festival. This annual two day event takes place at the Salton Sea State Recreation Area, in conjunction with the Sea and Desert Interpretive Association a nonprofit offering educational programs about the sea and its surrounding areas to local children of all ages. Funds raised will help offset the cost of State Park programs. The Festival includes bird walks, lectures, nature walks and field trips
