Harassment Prevention Training Presentations in English and Spanish
This training will be presented in English and Spanish. California law requires employers with 50 or more employees to conduct sexual harassment prevention training for all supervisors every two years. This training will include a component on preventing abusive conduct, as mandated by AB 2053.
Participants of this two-hour training will fulfill the certification criteria under AB 2053. A certification of completion will be provided at the conclusion of this workshop.
