Gates for the El Centro Airshow on Saturday, March 16, 2013 open at 8:00 am and flying begins at 10:00 am. The show will end at approximately 4:00 pm.

Location

El Centro Naval Base

Naval Air Facility El Centro is located 2.5 miles north of Interstate 8, approximately 8 miles west of the city of El Centro, CA. The base is approximately 60 miles west of the California / Arizona border and approximately 105 miles east of San Diego, CA. Note that all vehicles entering NAF El Centro are subject to search.

 EVAN HEWS HWY / CR-S80, west bound.

  • Turn RIGHT onto BENNETT RD. North bound. 1.1 miles.
  • Carefully enter the main gate. Pay attention to the security guard's directions

There will be free parking on base. Parking is on a first come, first served basis, and we recommend getting there early to get the best spots. You will be directed to parking, so just pay attention to the sailors pointing the way when you enter the gates.

Fees/Admission

The air show is free of cost and open to the public. In addition to the free general viewing areas, there is paid seating available for VIP Seating and Executive Chalet seating. Tickets can be purchased at the NAF El Centro Information & Ticket office by visiting the ticket office or calling 760-339-2559.
