3rd Annual I.V. Film Festival & Artist Showcase. Aug. 2 and 3. The Film Festival and Artist Showcase will take place Aug. 2 and 3 at the Cinemark Theaters and the Imperial Valley Mall food court, 3451 S. Dogwood Rd., in El Centro. The Film Festival will start at 6 p.m. Aug. 2 with drinks follow by the movie at 7 p.m. On Aug. 3 the workshops will start at 9 a.m. and Screenings at 1 p.m. Tickets are on sale at the Calexico, El Centro, Imperial and Brawley chambers of commerce.
